All iv ate today is

8 DAD'S cookies with Milk..

Bowl of mini wheats

Balogna Sandwich

Im 5ft 4 and 110 pounds, but allthe girls at my school are all so super thin and I want to be THIN..

I have a messed up sleep schedule because of summer, i go to bed at 10 in the morning wake up at 9 at night..thats just how it goes..

Im only 14 and i think i weigh too much.

I have the right amount of curves I just want a skinny waist..

I also do ALOT of situps.crunches.leglifts everyday

  1. Eating too much of anything isn't good. 8 cookies seems like a little much. You can still eat cookies, just in smaller portions. Also, I don't see any fruits or veggies in your meals. They are an intricate part in boosting your metabolism and helping you feel full with less calories, thus, helping you loose weight. Try a sandwich meat like chicken or turkey instead of bologna; it's highly processed and contains a lot of fat. And don't forget, one of the best things you can do is to drink water. It makes you feel full, even if you haven't eaten much, and gives you no calories! And you're already excercising which is a good step.

    With that said, to be 14, 5'4'' and 110 pounds, is a good thing! Your are a very normal weight and should stay that way! Loosing too much weight can stunt your growth, menstruation, and cause damage to your bones. I would recommend you stay right where you are! You seem perfect to me!


  2. you have a healthy weight, i'm guessing you want to tone up?

    try running, walking, dancing, yoga, they're all good for getting in good shape and looking healthier.

    also, what you've eaten isn't that healthy, instead of balogna in a sandwhich try salad and chicken, it's lessed processed and better for you.

    instead of cookies try cereals that are high in fiber, and eat lots of fruit and vegetables, also drink water.

    get your sleeping right

    stop that diet. you can die from dieting

    eat normal and healthy and in moderation

    stay away from junk

    and live an active life

    your weight will just go down by itself

  4. You don't sound like you need to lose much weight, but we don't know your body fat. First, crunches andsit upss will not make you "thin" or "toned" or whatever. You need to do full body workouts--try weightlifting, swimming, sprinting, etc.--to lose the gut, etc. As for your diet: it sucks. 8 cookies? Bad (sugar cocktail). Mini wheats? Bad (more glucose).Bolognaa sand. Bad (white bread AKA glucose and processed meat). You need to learn to eat clean. This doesn't mean starving yourself (this is even worse if you want to lose weight), BTW.

  5. you totally don't need to lose anyweight but if you really want to you have to add cardio like runnin, dancing, biking,etc to lose weight, crunches and leglift don't make you lose weight they just build muscle, so get some cardio in, don't eat so many cookies and fix your sleeping scheadule and you should lose weight

  6. I'm actually the same age/height/weight as you. (And dieting also.)

    I suggest that you fix your sleep schedule & don't eat cookies... lol.

    Keep exercising and eat more fruits and veggies.  =]
