I think you're dressed well enough, but the chain thing is probably not advisable.

lose the ghetto bottle cap thing and i think your dressed as a great real estate agent. but the important thing is to smile so that people gain trust in you. but yeah, it's professional but not old lady professional like hillary clinton. nothing wrong with accenting your curves to improve sales.
