I am 14 and not overweight if it helps. I get really tired if I eat Anything so i avoid eating meals because i don't like the way it makes me feel. I will eat in the morning because I have a really intense hunger when i weak up but i wont eat real food through out the day but i will eat candy, i can eat 2-3 bag of it a day because i get headaches and get sleepy if i don't have it. I tried to see how long i could go without it today and I fell asleep and when i woke up i was really cranky and i just wanted anything with sugar, i even started to shake a little bit. Please note that i am not feeling this way because i don't eat much, i don't eat much because i feel this way!! but when i do eat i EAT A LOT all through the day. This has been going for years now but i just found candy as a fix because i am quite a happy person around people alot and i dont like feeling low. I am also a vegitarion i will eat meat maybe once a month if that if ut helps. I am going to get tested but i was just wondering if anyone could give me an idea of what it might be.. My dad thinks im hypoglycemic..

  1. You might as well ask your magic eight ball.

    Just ask your doctor.

  2. You are over weight and tired with headaches because of your horrible eating habits.  Candy has no nutritional value, so you are probably missing lots of important vitamins and minerals from your diet.  You are getting a sugar rush from all that s**t that you are eating and then crashing.  You can be a vegetarian and still be healthy.  Think about joining weight watchers, it's a great program for learning to eat healthy AND on that plan you can even treat yourself to candy on occasion.  Sweets are a treat, not a staple.

  3. It is possible.  You may in fact be undernourished too.  You sound as if you need to increase your protein intake.  Your body is craving nourishment that it is not getting.  If you are hypoglycemic, you will need to eat a number of small meals throughout the day.  You can also eat fruits to satisfy some of the sweet craving. You can try protein powder drinks, supplements and bars to increase your protein intake if you are unwilling to eat meat for any reason.

  4. lose the candy, eat regular meals.
