Do you think I can return this to Target?

Question

I bought a coaxial cable from target, but it was the wrong one. The package is opened because I tried it (the back is partially ripped off, but I have everything else) but it turns out this cable isn't the one I need.

Can I return it to Target, or will they say no because the package has been ripped open?

As long as you have all the packaging ( weather its been opened or not) and the receipt,  your have 90 days from the printed date on the receipt
