I am 13 and a virgin and I have white bumps on my balls and my p***s shaft. you can feel them if you touch them. they are not rock hard

though. they are yellowish white.

  2. I can understand if they were skin color. I am not sure about this one. As I am 14. It is normal to have "bumps" on the back side of a p***s. I am not sure about the ball sac They can be "In-grown" hairs.

  3. Yes they could be Fordyce spots but they could also be just hair follicles
