Do you think I should I be taking any more supplements?

I'm in my final year of high school. I've been taking supplements throughout the year as well as eating a healthy, balanced diet.

The supplements I'm currently taking are:

10g Fish oil per day (3g omega-3)

6g ginkgo biloba

A multi-vitamin which also contains red clover and peppermint oil

Can you think of any other suppplements that would help with my memory and concentration, or general performance?

  1. Stop eating sugar and your memory will improve tenfold.  Read "the crazy makers" by carol simontacchi for more details. Excess sugar not handled by insulin "burns" your brain.
