I'm in my final year of high school. I've been taking supplements throughout the year as well as eating a healthy, balanced diet.The supplements I'm currently taking are:10g Fish oil per day (3g omega-3)6g ginkgo bilobaA multi-vitamin which also contains red clover and peppermint oilCan you think of any other suppplements that would help with my memory and concentration, or general performance?
