Depends.  Did you commit to only seeing each other on the weekend?  DId you know it would be that way in the beginning?  If you did, then I'd look for another reason to break up, because you already knew what you signed up for.  Now, if you didn't that's another story.  I'd tell him how you feel and according to his response or efforts, I'd take it from there.

Maybe you should, because if you really cared about eachother, you would make better efforts to see eachother.

if you want to see him more frequently, you should probably let him know.  he might think that only seeing each other on the weekends is ok with you.
