Do you think I should stop working out?

I do about 45 min. of cardio a day. I know this isn't exactly olympic training, but it makes me so hungry, all the time. I know that I am overcompensating with food. I don't eat junk food, and I know I eat healthy, just way too much. Will exercising less help my appetite stabilize?

  1. dont stop excersize, if ur body tells u that ur hungry then eat.

sometimes the mind confuses thirst with hunger, with all that cardio, ure probably not getting enough fluids, try drinking more water to keep hydrated.

  2. don't stop working out, but ease up a bit.  instead of everyday, go every other day.  and something that works for me, eat at certain times a day, and stick with it.  your body and hunger will get used to a scheduled mealtime, and your hunger should become manageable.

  3. i would have to say if your over doing yourself your going to hert urself so i would stop but if u rarly work out keep going girl!!!!!

  4. I guess when you burn fat you loose energy you should intake meals with a lot of vitamins like fish or dairy products.

  5. ya nirvana ROCK ON

  6. If you think it will help you stop eating so much go ahead and stop exercising so much. Do what you think is right. Do something that you think is good for you and your body.

  7. No.  Working out makes you more attractive.  If your eating 'healthy' food who cares.  If your hungry eat what you want.  I think working out can have a good effect on your personality as well.  My ex girlfriend never worked out.  She just sat around putting on the pounds smoking being grouchy, and farting.  Finally I had enough of that non-sense and fortunately Im away from her.  Now if she would have been working out she wouldn't have been so grouchy, she would have looked hotter, and then maybe I could have dealt with the farting.

  8. yes, in summer, usually I just sit at the computer and doesn't move around much, and most of the time I don't eat breakfast and only drink water. I only eat a small portion of food for lunch and dinner, otherwise I drink juice or water. I've lost 5 lb in 2 weeks after I done that, and continue to maintain that weight till now, I weight 115 lb, which is pretty okay for my height.

  9. Don't stop working out... switch to more resistance and weight training.  Muscle devours calories like mad, so you will be able to eat more and stay lean.

  10. It's normal to get hungry after exercising!!!!

Cause you lose energy and stuff

And before every meal drink a glass of water

Don't just sit on the couch and watch tv and gargle it down

Sit down and really concentrate on what your drinking you will get full faster

And always leave some food left  on your plate. You will normally eat all  the food that's infront of you just cause it's there. So once your done and there's some food left on your plate... Destroy it. Put TONS ans TONS of pepper and salt and ketchup and what ever is there on it so you won't mindlessly eat it just cause it's there
