Do you think I would be cute with short hair??

I'm not putting a picture but I'm 13, 115 pounds and 5"2

I have light brown hair, but it's super shiny!

I have greenish blue eyes and good complexion!

Would it be cute if it was just barely touching my shoulders with side bangs?!?!?!?

i think if you want to get your hair cut short, then you should do it. i like that hair cut in general and with how you described i think it would look nice. if you decide to do it, make sure to layer it, it would look so nice layered. hope this helped!

Depends on what shape your face is. If it is oval then every haircut will look adorable. If it is any other shape you must talk to a stylist and see what they think.
