Do you think IPL will become as boring as EPL after removing the salary cap?

Removing salary cap will create a free market because of which the rich franchises will have endless purchasing power.

In EPL as we all know 3-4 rich clubs have been dominating it for many years.The remaining 16 teams are there just there for formality.

So should bcci remove this salary cap?

Considering the fact that pretendy twenty is the least satisfying of the 3 forms of cricket and that the IPL is the most artifical competition ever devised (tragically CA will follow this trend)  I will have to say it is already boring, but no where near as boring as the EPL.
