  1. ok... me and my cousin are 24 years old and we do stuff like that all the time!! We're very mature for our age. the difference between mature and immature is there is a right time to do stupid things and a wrong time... immature people do stupid things all the time. so live life, have fun and don't care who says what about u!

    much love,

    Mr. Mature

  2. Sounds like you're having fun.  You're 15 - you're supposed to be immature.  Life is short - don't be in a hurry to grow up.

  3. Throwing stuff at people, pranks, jokes, spit balls and weird noises...fun!

The bushes thing, I don't know. Look around you.

If no one else is joining you then you take it from there.

  4. Please stop the spit balls in school.  That really is immature and is so disturbing and frustrating for a teacher.  No one (NO ONE) likes to handle someone else's spit or get it on them-- not even for a minute.  It also makes a mess for others to clean up because I'm sure you don't pick up your spitball trash before you leave.

Think about this... the teacher is trying to help all the students in the room, and there are probably some students who don't understand the concepts as well as you do-- or maybe they are more easily distracted than you are and a flying spit ball completely makes them forget what they are trying to learn or concentrate on.    If you throw spit balls or make weird noises in school, in effect, you are being selfish.  You are demanding the attention of others instead of letting them focus on their work.   You are stealing from the other students.  You are stealing their education, spit ball by spit ball.  You are forcing the teacher to babysit you and try to help you adjust your manners, when he or she would really rather teach you what they are being paid to teach.

If you were a teacher, would you want to try to teach in a place where you had to constantly try to get and keep students attention?

Would you like to pick up slimy spit balls off the floor and then not have a chance to go wash your hands before the next class comes in?

Please value your teacher's time and don't make her frustrated by you being childish.  At 15 you are in high school... and that is not how you want to be remembered.

If people say you play around too much, then you are irritating them.  If you don't stop doing the things that irritate them, expect to be left out.  Is that really what you want?

  5. Just be you! If you're having fun...too bad if they can't appreciate that. Never change because of other people's opinions.

  6. Having fun and being full of energy is GREAT.  Many adults seem to be little more than zombies... it's very sad.

But ask yourself this question, and look hard at it for a moment:  do people tell you that you joke around too much because they think you're acting immature, or do they say it because you're taking it to a level that is disruptive and annoying to others?

Being silly and having fun is one of the BEST things about being alive!  Disrupting or irritating others actually makes their lives unpleasant.  It would be really terrible if you were making their lives less happy just to make your own life happier.

I don't think that's what you want.  You sound like you're just full of life and joy and energy.  But what if you're making others unhappy, even if by accident?  If I accidentally broke your toe, wouldn't it still hurt, even though it was an accident?

    Just something to think about.

  7. I think so. I'm 15 too and I don't do that stuff anymore, but whatever. Maybe I'm just grumpy and don't know how to have fun anymore. That's what everyone tells me, anyway.

  8. No, you're not immature...you're funny.

  9. immature at 15 is playing with barbie dolls...

your actions would be slightly immature if you were 30 and doing that in an office...

  10. Yep, that pretty much meets the definition.

  11. Have fun!! Dont worry what others are saying. As long as the stuff you are responsible for at this point in your life (homeowrk and chores) are done, then hide in the bushes and jump out all you want. As long as noone is getting hurt by the things you are doing, continue to be a FUN 15 year old. These are supposed to be the years when you do this kind of stuff. Just remember that you cant be doing this stuff when you get a job. Bosses dont like that kind of stuff to well, lol
