Do you think Israel really cares that Russia warns them not to attack Iran?

I do.  Russia is still a very large, militarily strong country.  Israel is not so stupid as to disregard Russia.  It may not prevent them attacking, but it is something Israel will have to factor into their risk calculations.

Israel will attack before they let anybody attack them.  That is their way of taking care of business.  They believe that those who live by the sword, must die by the sword.

Iran has been acquiring nuclear knowledge for many many years, the rest of the world became aware of this over 5 years ago. Had Israels' initial reaction been to remove the threat it should have happened then, why do they only now consider Iran a threat? There is no more love lost between the two countries today as there was five years ago so what is the real agenda?

Israel doesn't care.  They have never asked any countries permission when the blew up the nuke plant Iraq had back in the 80s or the chemical plant.  Russia involvement with Iraq was to get a deal on some oil contracts.  Since US forces now occupy Iraq, Israel has free fly zone over the country.  Russia is not in a position to launch any attacks in the region.  Remember, Turkey, Afghanistan now have US forces and Allied peronell stationed on site.

Iran want's Israel abolished so Israel is not going to let Iran get nuclear power.
