I think any month is a good time to visit Paris!  

The weather won't be warm and sunny, but that means you have a great excuse to sit in a sidewalk cafe and drink fabulous hot chocolate.  

The government regulates when stores can have sales, and January is one of those times.  You can find some great bargains if shopping is your passion.  

There are fewer tourists that during the May to September time frame, so attractions are less crowded and lines are shorter.  

Now, can I go with you?  LOL
