He had help alright. From the NASCAR officials.

He passed the pace car on the last caution, he should have been penalized.

But because his last name in Earnhardt, NASCAR just said, "Please, Jooooooooooooonier, don't do it again."

NASCAR handed this race to him. Just like they handed it to his cheatin' daddy at Daytona in '98.

from NASCAR yes. I don't know how it got so screwed up by NASCAR Vickers was clearly ahead when the caution came out!I'm not even a Vickers fan granted I like him and like to see him run well, but Kasey Kahne all the way!

I recall many many Junior fans not so long ago when Danica Patrick beat Junior to the first win this year claiming that her win really didn't count because she won on fuel strategy. Are you still claiming that today?
