Do you think Kyle Busch will be penalized for his post race actions?

And I seriously doubt it. This wasn't the only incident like that this season and I don't see anything wrong with what happened so no harm no foul. If they did take any action I would say maybe take some of his bonus pts away from him when the chase starts. But like I said I don't see anything happening other than a good talk with Mike H. in the Nascar hauler.

You are right; taking points away from him will not make any difference. Taking money away will not make any difference.

Just park him for the rest of the race season.  That is never going to happen.  As long as Kyle Busch does what he does he sells NASCAR, race tickets, souvenirs. It seems that NASCAR has done everything it can to make the car safer for the drivers.  It will never make the drivers smarter.

Probably but like you said, points and he could not care less, money wise, he does not care either so its a win win for him..but putting some one in danger, not acceptable..he will get a tongue lashing and slap on wrist and Gibbs probably buy him a big steak dinner and charge it to Toyota...(hehehehehe) and give him an atta boy...points and money this day and age..does nothing to stop the madness!

did they punish mcdowell and gilliand for what they did at watkins glen and that was way worse...no penalties will be assesed over this one

I really hope not...don't agree with what he did....BUT I appreciate him showing his personality. NASCAR NEEDS TO LET ALL THE DRIVERS SHOW THEIR PERSONALITIES. But I don't think they will...probably just a smack on the wrist. "A stern talking to by the powers that be"

OHHHH YAAAA.......Most definatly!!!!! I would say probably 100 pts or so....... or pts off the top in the chase standings......and a fine of some amount!!!!

Just cuz the pts dont matter now doesnt mean Nascar wont take action....they have to follow thru with all penalties!!!!
