Do you think Lance Armstrong the cyclist...tries NOT TO THINK?

of his cancer??? Because you know people will bring it up to him...I feel that is depressing to do to him...What would you say?.."that is behind me and i would rather not talk about that anymore"..what do you think he could say to people that are like that???

  1. If I were to meet Lance, that's the last thing I'd bring up.   I'd be pumping him about cycling, and maybe running.  Successful  people focus on now and tomorrow, not the past.


  2. If you haven't already read it, you ought to read his book: "Its Not About The Bike."

    I don't want to put my words into Armstrong's mouth or attribute my thoughts to him.  I would like to ask, though, do you really think he has ever forgotten for even a day that he almost died of cancer?  

    I don't think it is something one simply walks away from.

    Certainly, with his foundation, he has demonstrated that he hasn't walked away from cancer and the fight against it.
