Do you think Lance Armstrong will come back and win the Leadville 100 next year?

He took second, a couple minutes behind six-time winner Dave Weims (sp?) this year.

Maybe. But 1 day races aren't his strong suit.  Lance was best at stage races where he didn't have to win every day, but if he strategically planned when to attack and when to hold back, that's when he was at his best.

Probably not.  It seems like he's doing things here and there just for fun.  

Could he do it? Sure.

Note to crazy: I seem to remember from his triathlon and pre-cancer cycling days that he was pretty good at the one day thing, and had a hard time learning to hold back and play the strategy game........

If he wants to he could probably win.  What would be really impressive is to see him do the running version of Leadville.
