Do you think Luke Cage can take a heat beam from Superman?

With Luke Cage having that tough skin, do you think that he can take laser heat beam from Superman or even bullet to the eye?

Robert Kirkman touched on this in his great Marvel Team-Up series. It turns out Luke Cage's skin is unbreakable... but not unmeltable. A bunch of guys from the future showed up and killed all the heroes, and they actually melted Cage's skin. Some other heroes had to time jump forward to stop the villain before he came back to the past
