...if he knocks out or submits Tito? I'm thinking Dana will give him something big, even if it's under the table. It seems like he'd really like Ortiz to get humiliated in this bout.

  1. good question...

    im having a vision....

IF Machida wins, and i think he will, i could most assuredly see a shady locker room visit by Dana White saying the usual "great fight man, blah blah" then saying we have something extra for you for your fight too...

    maybe 50K? 75k?

  2. Yes, but Tito will not lose its his one last shot to show dana is an idiot and to stick it to him tito has probably trained like never before and is looking for a quick fight so that he can promote his new MMA league which was to said that a possible kimbo v. tito fight was in the making. As for if he wins yes a monetary gift will be given to machida and dana will call it the knockout/submission of the night giving him more money then maybe with one  more fight he will get a title shot

  3. machida will without a doubt destroy ortiz. probably towards the final minutes of round 3. as far as a bonus goes, i think the fight purse is plenty for machida, and more than likely he'll get a title shot in the next 6 to 12 months.

  4. Yeah, if Machida finishes Tito, not only will he get a sizable bonus, but his next fight would probably be a title fight.

  5. Well since Machida decisions more people then he finishes, I really don't see it happening.

But yeah, according to everything I have read interview wise, Dana will most definately throw some money over to Machida, and more than likely it will be completely under the table. I bet he is withdrawing 50k or so right now, stacking it together, getting it all ready, so he can do the shady locker room visit as the other poster mentioned.

  6. h**l yeah, Dana will give him a huge bonus because he hates Tito and it would make him look hella dumb after all the c**p he's been talking, and it would make his bid for a lot of money from another MMA organization become hard to accomplish.
