Do you think Marc Emery should spend the rest of his life in an American Jail?

Marc Emery is a Canadian activist who was working towards legalization of marijuana in Canada. He was busted in 2005 for selling seeds to the US and now is facing 10 years to life in an american prison.

(Keep in mind in places like amsterdam -obviously- you can buy seeds from random pot-shops)

I know all about it but i'm too lazy to type it, if you know about it, post your opinions, what do you think his sentence should be?

In other words, when you go to another country, you abide by their laws.

He's only facing 10 years?  d**n he's lucky.

I don't think anyone who is NOT a threat to scociety should go to jail

PERIOD.

no one should ever go to jail for a non violent activity.  legalize all drugs.
