  1. I hope he still fights. Hes one of my favorite fighters besides Pacquiao and Morales. =(

  2. He's one of my all-time favorites.  But he has nothing left to prove after all his wars.  Being well into his decline, I would rather not see him come out of retirement.  There's a lot more potential downside than up.

  3. All the greats have a problem retireing.  He had a h**l of a run vs. Morales, Pacquiou, etc. Everytime he fought it was a war, he will always be known as a guy who left it all in the ring, so as much as I would love to see him fight again, I hope not.

  4. And fight who?  The only person I think he can fight for a big pay day fight is Joan Guzman, but he can't fight Manny Pacquiao no more because he got his butt wupped by him...

  5. Yes, boxing retirements are rarely permanent.

  6. no i doubt it , his finished

  7. Yes. They all do. Plus, Hhe has too much pride to go out with that last performance. We are talking about a future hall of famer...

  8. Marco Antonio Barrera has already stated himself that he wants to come out of retirement for "the right fights."  He wants to win a world title in another weight division, so don't be surprised to see him challenge one of the lightweight beltholders in the near future.  I personally believe that he should just stay retired because he is already a first-ballot hall-of-famer and he has nothing left to prove to anybody.  His record speaks for itself.
