Yes they are, and in fact I believe they were supposed to move from Dolphin Stadium. And the new stadium is set to open in April 2011. So you have a few years to wait, in fact less then 3 years to wait for the new team's stadium.

they already got one. it will open in 2011. the Marlins wil change their name to miami Marlins.

I really hope so, arent they playing in Dolphin stadium? thats really sad, even after winning two world series the city of Miami doesn't reward them. But i think things are finally turning around for the Marlins they have a pair of two young players(uggla and  ramirez) who may be perennial All-stars for years to come. Which will attract more fans and more ticket sales. But it really is up to the tax payers. Keep your fingers crossed.
