  3. most likely. See obama is overly hyped and the media is doing nothing but putting the focus on him. i personally like mccain and his VP. he really just wants some attention but sadly the media extremely is tilted to the democrats. but in the last 8 years as much as the media hypes the democrat some how the republican wins.

  4. Partially, but she is a good candidate. i personally support many of her views and principles and if it is merely a play to get the woman vote.... so what. The objective is to win the election.

  5. she got my vote

  6. Without a doubt. There is already a good number of pissed off Hilary maniacs who were planning on or were considering voting McCain. Putting a women on the ticket will just draw them over to the dark side. Unfortunately for McCain, he now has made himself look like a complete idiot which may keep Republicans with brains from voting for him. I'm just terrified of what might happen if McCain is elected now. Seriously, he's an old man who's already had 4 bouts with cancer. If he dies, I don't want the next presidents level of experience to be a little over a year as the governor of Alaska and being named second in a Miss Alaska pageant. By the way, did anyone else get a kick out of Steve Doocy claiming on Fox News that Palin has foreign relations experience because she is the governor of Alaska, and Alaska is near Russia?

  7. No,he wants the magic that obama has. He wants the the same newness.

  8. The female vote and the conservative vote.

McCain appealed to neither until now.

  9. Me and the rest of the logical people in the world...yeah.

  10. YES

  11. Stupid strategy....

Palin is a danger to women.

Palin is anti-abortion in every instance....even if the mom's life is in jeopardy b/c of the pregnancy, even in rape and incest cases.

  12. It is a definite strategy to get women voters on his side. McCain understands that many women are upset by Obama's choice not to have Hilary as his running mate, and so he believes that by putting a woman as is VP he will in turn inherit the upset Hilary voters, If this is not political strategy at its finest, then I do not know what is!

  13. I guess it was along the same lines as Obama's strategy to get the rich white vote.

    Vote McCain/Palin!!!

  14. Yes I do.

Mrs. Palin seems like a smart lady but I don’t see how McCain can rag on Obama for not having as much experience and then he goes and picks a candidate who has very little as well. I am sure there were more qualified females he could have picked had he solely wanted a woman as his VP.

On one hand he wants to get some of the women who were going to vote for Clintion even some who would have voted for her solely because of her gender. However its might be sticky for some women since she is Pro-Life. I myself am pro-life but I can understand and support having an abortion in the case of rape, incest and serious medical issue where the mother is likely to die.

  15. Oh absolutely! The only thing I wonder I worry about is will women fall for this sham!

  16. I don't know and I don't care, but a lady with her morals and credentials I will vote for anytime...

  17. No. Do you think the DNC's presidential choice is just a strategy to get the black vote?

  18. Nope .. he picked a reformer who goes against her party when it comes to corruption. This is his warning shot to the congress that he is going to clean up that slime filled group! and that means those from both parties!

  19. Strategy? lol

I would call it a grandstanding or a stunt!

  20. Not this female. I supported him from the start and I still support him.

  21. Of course.

But they need to be careful and stop using Hilary's name so much because it will only turn on them. If he was gonna choose a woman though at least choose one with EXPERIENCE. You know the thing he says Obama doesn't have. The man's 72 years old and the presidency i an extremely stressful job. At least Obama has Biden to back him up on foreign policy. McCain has a pretty  lady.

I actually think they're insulting Hilary and people (women) need to see that. Palin already mentioned Hilary's name in her speech. What the h**l. It will only backfire on them.

  22. Only a little. I mean if Obama had a brain he would have picked Hillary as his running mate. That would have gotten him the white suburban women vote. It’s not like it would have helped, he’s going to lose anyway.
