  1. Yes

  2. Very interesting question.  I asked the very same question in different words not knowing you had already asked it.  Some of the answers you got from people who obviously didnt understand your question must be themselves smoking pot.

I think it was a big mistake not getting Santana but they didnt want to part with Melky and now look where he is.  If my memory serves me correct, they wanted either Hughes or Kennedy and Melky.  Well just look at all three of them.  I think they dropped the ball and Cashmans head should roll.  Hes an idiot fool.

    Good question.

  3. Im a mets fan...but if i was a Yankee,that trade would be a no brainer...

  4. Maybe. The bullpen wouldn't blow wins though.

  5. why is there always someone with these dumb a$$ trades that'll only happen in video games

  6. Oh yeah.  The Mets are going to trade one of the best pitchers of our time for 2 stiffs.

Whatever you're smokin'  I want some.

  7. It definitely would have, but they chose to go in another direction. It seems as though they were more interested in him not going to the Red Sox rather than trying to make a deal for him.

...and the Mets got him for considerably less...

  8. No, good to see the Yankees struggling for a change.
