Question:

Do you think Miami should consider signing Shaun Livingston?

It would give the Heat a great-sized backcourt, very athletic and great defensively. If Livingston can stay out of injury trouble, we'd have a great young core with Wade, Livingston and Beasley, and a elite vet in Marion. And let's face it, we need a PG like Gilbert needs some humility. Also any suggestions for a good big man who is affordable?

  1. i think tht would b a great move, my only concern is hes injury-prone

  2. im very unsure about shaun livingstons future. when he plays-hes good. but like u said-he needs 2 stay outta injury trouble. i dont c him staying healthy. a good big man- josh powell. was on the clippers last year and is a free agent. hes getting offers from europe but can b a great snatch by any NBA team who need big man help

  3. It would be a good addition for Miami, but it could cause Miami to have a backcourt overload.

  4. until he can make his legs unflexible

  5. dude that guy cant play his like 6'8 and plays the PG position while some players are 6'7 and play the center position

  6. There is a big question mark remained on his health.

I have never changed the opinion that Shaun Livingston should play under Coach K for a year or 2 before he goes pro, simply because his ultra-skinny body cannot absorb pumps at all.

He could be a good addition for Heat given his creativity and court vision, but again the East is traditionally a defense-oriented battlefield and I doubt Livingston can sustain to play before he really refines his body strength.

If Shaq said Suns medical staff helped him a lot to recover his ailing body, I strongly recommend Livingston to start a new chapter in Phoenix, as long as they need a quality backup PG, while Grant Hill also looks more healthy after joining Suns.
