"Mr. Horn" was the person who shot and killed 2 burglar in Pasadena, Texas.

  1. Guilty of what?  A crime, NO and a grand jury said so that Texas law allows the use of deadly force to protect property and startled by two men running toward him in his yard he reacted.

    Guilty of not listening to a 9-1-1 operator is not a crime either, but mentioned repeatedly by those wanting to indict him.

    Guilty of being sick and tired of thefts and criminals

    Guilty of being scared they would move on to his home once done next door.

    Guilty of being concerned for his neighbors

    Innocent of any crime.


  2. I believe that if more people were shot while trying to rob homes, thieves might think twice before breaking and entering! God Bless America.

  3. That's a tough one but, the burglars were leaving and they hadn't hurt anyone. I would like to Know if the had weapons. If not and if his life wasn't in danger then I think, the penalty for burglary is not death, is it?
