certainly she is, her first credential for this post is that she is an indian. And she is more honest and proved to be an able administrator while holding the previous responsibilities. I sure do welcome her to be the first person of India.

Two hours after the close of pooling, she is certain to become India,s next President, with a margin of over 100,000 votes. The question, whether is is suitable to become our President ? we just have to wait and see. But certainly she will not be a peoples President, as 97 % of Indian people wanted Mr. Abdul Kalam to continue for the second term also.
