Do you think Nadal will ever be Number 1 in the world?

I was wondering if anyone thinks that nadal will ever be Number 1 in the world...And how do people think Djokovic will do in the next few years..And how many points is Nadal behind Federer to become Number 1

No, never.

He will hold the dubious record of most consecutive and probably total weeks as #2 without ever getting #1.

Novak is very close behind and because Novak plays much better on hard surfaces, Nadal will go #3.

Maybe, but Djokovic is closer I think. He has the game to win US Open this year, and even Wimbledon, why not. Although Rafa is good on the grass, but I see him exiting a bit earlier this year in London. If Novak keeps up with good game and avoids injuries, he will take the number 2 spot soon. However, Djokovic will become number 1 only if Federer collapses in the second half of the year. Nadal is probably going to fall to number 3 spot now the clay season is over. Nadal is less tahn 1000 points behind Roger, but Novak is only missing about 300 points to take number 2 spot.... We'll see. Quite an interesting season so far!

I am a Rafa fan n I really believe that he's winning Wimbledon this year if he gets past the first week ..

But # 1 not anytime soon .. I think Djokovic will reach there faster than Rafa .. Rafa will be #1 someday ..

Ofcourse he will. If he can win at wimby and Roger loses before the final. I think Rafa has a great chance to win at wimbledon this year :) ! He`s been sooo close the past 2 years and he deserves a title there. No other guy has ever came close to beating Roger on grass, Nadal took him to 5 sets last year and this year Rafa looks even stronger. Vamos Rafa !!!

Yes, I think he will probobly by the end of the year. The current standings are: Fed:  6675,   Nadal: 5585. I think Djoker may eventually take the number one ranking but not before Nadal does.

I don't think he can. Winning only on clay courts ( which is the only thing he did so far) can't and shouldn't get you to the 1st place in the world. And tbh even if Federer doesn't win at Wimbledon ( which I hope/think he will) Djokovic has better game on grass than Nadal. At least he has a better serve, not the best in the world ,but surly better than Nadal.
