Do you think Nastia Liukin is jealous of Shawn Johnson?

Nastia Liukin and Shawn Johnson were both amazing at the Olympics and I love them both. They both won a Gold medal and 3 Silver medals, but Nastia also won a bronze medal.

However, America seems to love Shawn Johnson so much more. She was on David Letterman Monday night, and there are all these stories about how crazy people are going over her (4,000 people waiting for her at the airport in Iowa).

But it doesn't seem like Nastia is getting as much coverage.. Do you think she's jealous?

Well i dont know if jealous is the right word.  Nastia just got the highest honor for her sport (all around Olympic gold), plus according to what they both say there really good friends. Though i have to say i might get a little frustrated is I were Nastia.  But no i do not think she is jealous.  Nastia is at the top of her sport at 19 and instead of going back to school she is going on a gymnastics tour across the US. I really do not think she cares how much attention she get compared to Shawn.  

Shawn is simply better looking and has a one of a kind attitude that the media loves.

no i think they are both great friends and wouldn't get jealous of each other. but i think shawn johnson is hotter but that's my opinion.

Are you kidding me? "Nastia not getting coverage"? I live in North Texas, where she's from, and this girl is EVERYWHERE. You can't watch the evening news without seeing her somewhere.

I don't think they're jealous of one another. They did fantastic and should be proud of what they have.

I actually think yes, at least a little bit.

Shawn definitely gets way more attention, like sculptures of her in butter and what not.

I know if I were Nastia I would.

If she is, I wouldn't blame her.

If you compare the amount of publicity that the two have gotten, you would think that Shawn won the all-around gold and not Nastia.

If she honestly isn't feeling jealous, she a bigger person than me, because I would definitely feel a little put down.

no because she is proud of herself, and there is more coverage of shawn cause she is the true american girl she was born here and i think she has one of the faces that look good in ads,

I think everyone above me isn't understanding what your question is.  

You're not saying Nastia didn't do as good as Shawn, you're saying she did better by winning 5 medals.

Yet Shawn Johnson gets WAY more attention than Nastia.  Nastia wasn't on David Letterman, and no one is talking about her homecoming to Dallas or wherever she's from.  But everywhere you look, people are praising Shawn Johnson.

I personally like Shawn Johnson better too.

So I definitely think Nastia is atleast a little bit jealous of all the attention Shawn is getting.

maybe shawn johnson is a  tiny bit jelous of nastia because she got best overall.

i love them both. its hard to choose, but if i had to i would pick shawn johnson!
