No, not after hearing the defense.  If he would have done it, there would have been some sort of evidence of cover up, etc.  His behavior indicated a person in shock and severe emotional trauma.  I believe Rachel suffered from depression and may have "snapped" after an argument or something she'd recently learned about their finances, etc.

Guilty. Why else would he disappear after "discovering" the bodies of his wife and child?
