Do you think Notre Dame QB Jimmy Claussen should have gone to USC?

In my opinion I think Jimmy made a HUGE mistake going to Notre Dame instead of SC. He practically played in USC's backyard, and several of his HS teammates when on to play for the Trojans including RB Marc Tyler (5 star prospect). USC provides a definetly better O-line, better Core of Receivers, and Running Backs (McKnight, Stafon Johnson, and his HS teammate Marc Tyler).

I could understand why he would go to South Bend to play for Charlie Weiss, because he would instantly be named the starter in ND instead of being backup for a couple of seasons behind Mark Sanchez at SC. And also ND have a Legacy of Producing good QB's, but if Jimmy wants to win a National Championship, then he should have gone to SC. Even Jimmy's parents were shocked when he chose ND over SC. Jimmy was a Trojan fan growing up.

It is not about what your favorite team is. It is about where you can get noticed. I chose OU to wrestle because I knew I would get to start and wrestle and show my stuff. Mark sanchez is hurt by the way.. So he might have gotten a chance to play there. Jimmy clausen is a good quarterback superb but hes not the best check out Sam Bradford from OU watch for him brother. USC is over rated. ND is underrated. Ya they had a shaky season but they had alot happen to them. But notre dame has the 3rd best offensive line is all college football! But I believe he chose the right place. He will do great things watch and see.

he is fine right where he is at.

as a trojan fan I like to laugh at guys that don't reach their full potential.  At best he will be brady quinn 2.  he will win a bunch of game in the regular season, but flop with the bowl comes around.
