Why does he want us weak? Is his plan to not develop our strength in space, and nuclear weapons, but to down grade our capabilities, while trying to make other governments in the world stop too, going to happen before or after he has agreements with other Nations?

Oh yes, they're a nightmare. I just can't understand why he wouldn't want the US to go to war all over the globe. Or, at the very least, he needs to be constantly provoking other super powers, in the hope that America will be fighting more wars.

I think he is going to put our Country first and make the economy strong again. As to giving other countries 10 billion a month when they have a 70 billion surplus.  I think that will definitely make us stronger to not waste 10 billion a month - give me a break!!!
