Do you think Oil will become 200$ a barrell?

Question

im listening to an interveiw right now! the guy says it will, he says oil has increased 30% in the last 2 months, alone.

if its 120$ now, that means it will be 10$ a gallon soon. Some places in the world are already paying that much a gallon.

talk about Conspiracy to resctrict Movement! no one will be able to drive personal cars. thats what i think.

Basically, its starting to put small businesses like mine out of business. I can't keep putting clients prices up, but struggle now to earn a living.  

I'm hoping that there will be big fuel strikes like in 2003.

oil companies could do us a favor and lower the price per gallon sold to gas stations but no. they'd rather charge more and make hundreds of billions of dollars for themselves. that's any economy for ya. it is getting more expensive per barrel AND at the gas stations but simply because the companies are paying more per barrel yet still want to maintain a steady income, hence charging more to stations. it probably will be 200 a barrel in the near future.... :[

if there is no technology to change oil consuming, and people's still using oil for their vehicle, i would say yes.

If gas goes up to 200 dollars a barrell i guess ill have to sell my soul to get around town

seriously im getting rid of one of my cars to buy a motorcycle im lucky where i live its pretty warm most of the year

I really hope not. My next vehicle will be a Hybrid or better. That's the only way to help this situation. If we stop buying so much from them. Demand will go down;therefore, supply will go up thus reducing the price. The oil companies are ripping us off with their 300% profits. Somebody should shoot the b******s.

I heard this will happen, and paying   $10.00 per gallon is not far off. I heard this on the radio last night, so what are we going to do, are we going to let the Saudis take over this country, they are doing it and our economy is collapsing, look around and wake up people, our government is not looking out for us, we need to get smarter here,...   read a book called "Energy Victory" by Robert Zubrin, it will wake you up.
