ODH needs to fight somebody who won't hurt him. I think ODH team needs to get a flyweight, get him fat so he can weight as a welter.  That way ODH can have a chance of beating somebody and shine on his last fight. His excuse about not fighting another Mexican is so g*y.  He should rephrase it and say He won't fight a Mexican his own size and at his prime!!

De la Hoya has been running away from him for years, and he has already stated that he doesn't want to fight a Mexican because he doesn't want Mexican fans to hate him on his last fight. He was really looking forward to fighting Cotto, but he won't because of the result of the Margarito/Cotto fight. De la Hoya has been talking about fighting Pacquiao at 147, and I don't think it's a good idea because "Pacman" is a natural 126 pounder fighting at 135 now. De la Hoya doesn't have many options left, except for Paul Williams, Margarito or fighting Cotto even though he lost the title to a "Incredibly" strong Margarito.

Everyone talks smack about Mayweather cuz his mouth doesn't stop. I mean come on dude his mouth runs more than his legs do in the ring.  De La Hoya is just quiet about this thing. He doesn't want to fight him period. His got the power in boxing, now I'm not saying this cuz I like DLH I really think his a joto.Marg would take him out.

Also, I dont think DLH would fight Marg, he wants a BIG profile fight, one most likely against pacman. MORE MONEY!!!

Although I wouldn't mind watching them fight, Oscar has said he does not want to fight another Mexican fighter.

Oscar De La Hoya mentioned a recent list of names of who he is thinking of fighting, including Pacquiao, Mora, Mosley, and Trinidad.

A fight with Pacquiao seems to be his most likely last fight.

Oscar has not finalized his opponent for December just yet, but as of now, from all the names he mentioned... A fight against Manny Pacquiao would draw the most attraction, therefore, the most PPV buys.
