I agree. It's very legit. You can't help it. You're in a lot of pain. Some females are in so much pain that they're crying.

of course. i sometimes throw up when my cramps get so bad. not only do i get cramps, my lower back starts aching real bad and i get migraines. not to mention our hormones are totally out of whack so you want to cry at everything. this one time (kinda embarrassing but trying to make a point) i fly landed on the passenger side window where i was sitting and i cried because i was so annoyed. that's what your period will do to you. guys will never understand. my bf once told me to control it and boy did we have a huge fight.

the pill will reduce those symptoms though

Yes, it is an excuse and it's bullsh*t! If you're attitude gets that bad, then go get some medicine for it, they have treatments for that type of stuff. My Fiancee would NEVER fall for it.

its a REASon....its real and its horrible and there can be rage for women with lots of hormones....ask her what she needs..
