  1. ya sure why not. But try something near the panjim bridge or river Mandovi or somewhere near the place where river meets the sea, i assure u will get the good price and clients, if possible try some thing for real estate near Dona Paula.


  2. Banglore, Pune and Bombay would bring faster returns that Panaji.
