Yes I do just because she is little miss rich girl doesn't mean that she doesn't have to go to jail. She is a person just like us and if we break the law then we go to jail and that is the same with her.

Well actually, she did serve her sentence, so no, clearly she shouldn't be in jail any longer.  I do think her sentence was a bit outright unfair considering the "norm" for such offenses.  

Honestly, and I'm not a big "celebrity-follower," but I don't really understand all public display of hatred towards her.  No, she's not the best example of an upstanding American citizen, but it is the average American citizen who made her what she is today.  You guys realize she's 26, right?  No, that isn't "old" and it isn't even what I'd consider "adult" but she is only affecting the personality that made her well known in the first place in regard to her reaction to and handling of the media.

Lord knows she's laughing all the way to the bank, and I admire her for it!

OF COURSE NOT SHE HAS MADE THE SAME MISTAKE MOST PEOPLE HER AGE HAVE MADE. WHY DOES IT SEEM  THAT PEOPLE BELIEVE ANYONE FAMOUS SHOULD GO THROW MORE HUMILATION THAN PEOPLE WHO AERN'T. i BET YOU CAN GO TO ANY SCHOOL IN AMERICA AND FIND PLENTY OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE MADE THE SAME MISTAKE ASK THEM DO THEY DESERVE TO BE IN JAIL AND THEY WOULD GIVE YOU THE SAME ANSWER. as a matter of fact, no. i think she learned her lesson and is ready to face life as a mature and responsible adult. apparently, she seems like she learned from her mistakes. give her a chance!
