Pat White is the star QB for West Virginia University and most likely going in the 1st round of the '09 NFL draft, and he's also a very talented Baseball Pitcher. He's leaning toward playing Baseball professionally just like Cubs pitcher Jeff Samardizjia did (former Notre Dame WR). He's been drafted twice in the MLB draft; Angels in '04 and the Reds in '08. If you know anything about him do you think he has the potential to be a solid MLB pitcher?

  1. I think he can, players who played football in college seem to have success, like Frank Thomas, Jeff Samardizja, Bo Jackson, Todd Helton, Adam Dunn just to name a few have

  2. He's a pitcher? That guy is a speedy little fellow. I'd expect him to be in center field. Go figure...the receiver goes for pitcher and the speedster goes for pitcher. So the guys with the good arms go to the outfield? I love this guy and I want to see him in the NFL(with the 'Fins!) and I hope to see his explosiveness. I haven't followed him in baseball.

  3. If he could swing the bat yea
