I don't know about lasting more than a minute, but Kimbo would definitely win.  You would also have to ask if Kimbo would be able to hit a 95 MPH fastball 3 out of 10 times (which is supposed to be the hardest thing to do in all of sports I guess) like Fielder can.  With all that aside, Kimbo Slice isn't very good compared to mediocre fighters.  Wait till he fights someone that is relatively good.
