Your statement is flawed. With more than 35 million laws in the USA don't tell me you have NEVER broken any law.

You break the law by moving to the next path on the street without making the light signal. If you tell me you have never done that, it will be veeeery difficult for me to believe you.

Also, it is AGAINST THE LAW to paint a mailbox, to park the car heading east or west, to jaywalk, to fall asleep in a cheese factory , to have oral s*x at home, and many others.

Besides, in the XIX century it was against the law to help a fugitive slave to escape from his master. I assume that you support slavery because it was THE LAW

Specifically about the ice, the problem is not so much what they do, but rather the way they are doing it . It reveals hatred and other bad things

I would sue him if that could be done.  Unfortunately, unless the Democratic Party controls his mouth, no one can and frankly, the Democratic Party cannot control most of its members.

We need.. and badly, a national ballot initiative.  With that in place, we can rationally ask Congress for a code of conduct.  I believe anything they can prove would be acceptable, but frankly, this guy is simply slinging ooooooold baloney.

I am not surprised at all for this kind of " sensationalized" mis-generalization that we see every day by those who are pro-illegal.

I read one news article a week or two ago about the illegals moving out of towns that have tightened their regulations.  And these illegals and their supporters call the laws these town have "discrimination" !!

I am wondering if soon all the murderers, rapists, drug dealers, embezzlers and all the rest of criminals would start calling their arrests acts of "discrimination"

Should he?  Well, first, it's "impeached."  Second, saying such a thing is totally within his 1st amendment privilege.  Therefore, no, he should not be impeached.  It is a matter to be taken up by voters within his district if they want to keep him in office or not.

This is still AMERICA and the freedom of speech is still the LAW, having said that, My Right of Free Speech is - Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) is an IDIOT.  The Federal Law Enforcement Officers have been asked BY CONGRESS to enforce the LAWS they pass!  Referring to an AGENCY as essentially a Gestapo type Agency, is absolutely irresponsible, and he should apologies to the entire Federal Law Enforcement community that serves this GREAT country and its laws.  Hopefully his continuance will see Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.) for what he really is an IDIOT and correct this come election time.
