Absolutely, I mean...did you see the phenomenal tennis he played yesterday? Coming from 2 sets down and pushing Rafa. Of course he will.

i think it's possible but I'm going to say he'll lose to Nadal again in the finals. I think the time is over for Roger and Nadal will take his spot as the number 1 player in the world.

I do believe we'll see Federer playing for a while but not at the same level. I have my doubts that he'll ever regain the number one spot again.

Maybe not 2009 but beyond yes, Federer though older will have the ability to play for quite some time still do to the fact that he has a power serve game, Nadal's star status will fade quite a bit faster do to the fact that he gets by on athleticism alone and when that fades so will his career.

road_daw is correct.  Nadal's game is thrilling and absolutely fun to watch, but it is based on short term power and force. When his knees go (which they already are...) then he won't be able to play anymore. Its something he is aware of, and many have commented on.
