Hard to say - he came in screaming fast - but has his ups and downs...he's good, either way

He not only beat everyone, but he did it on a 250F!! The premier class is going to get really interesting in 2009. Townley is going to have one extra year on the big bikes when Ryan moves up, but there is going to be some great racing that season.

its hard to say if that would happen. what if he gets hurt, but i think hes already the next big thing hes faster than everyone else , cant wait to see him vs. townly vs. stewart outdoors. in the 450 class

I believe he is a great talent, but you have to look at the MXoN race. RC was rusty, and he even admitted it, as Ryan just came off a race win as well as a championship. RC didnt race for a month or two....

RV51 will be a dominant racer come the next few years. He has some maturing to do, but as he matures, his results will be just that much stronger...

As far as James Stewart goes, yes he has a winners attitude, but I dont think he has a win or die trying attitude. He has been unfortunate to have crashed a few times while leading yes, but he is also trying hard. At that pro level, you have to ride on the edge of out of control to do good, and sometimes a rock, that wasnt there the previous lap will all of a sudden be there in the rut and cause you to go down, or the engine will quit, or a ton of things could happen. It is a risk they all take....

James needs to know that he can still win a championship without winning each race. I know he wants to win every race, and that should be a goal of every racer out there, but he will win a lot more championships in his career if he learns that he does not have to win them all, just finish them....
