yes hong kong is. I been to hong kong like 6 times, and they make a whole lot of money. people go over there because everything is cheep. because 1 us dollar is like 10 dollars in hong kong. Also, beautiful scenery and weather. really is is a very finacial place. Without it, it would be nothing. It is soo small, and overcrowded, so without the finicial stuff, it would be nothing.
