  1. Yes. But unfortunately the prisons are so crowded they have to cut sentences. Please each second a prisoner is in prison taxpayers are paying for him.

  2. Everybody knows that the most you normally do in prison is half the sentence you get - the judge or magistrates know that too so they fully expect somebody to be out in 3 months when they do 6 months. For the next 3 months if he does something that deserves it - he can end up back inside. I know as that happened to me.

Because of the prison overcrowding most people are getting released I think it's 18 days early so he would have that too. I would hate to tell yu but he could have been out earlier if he had of got electronic tagging but don't think he did.

  3. yep, and i defo think life should mean life not a measly 5/10 years.. makes me sick !!! i could rant, but i won't. ;-)

  4. like everything else in this country the justice system is  a load of b0ll0cks

  5. Yes, and life should mean life, till they die.

  6. yeah. its bs if you dont serve what you're sentenced. look at paris hilton

  7. In this case No!......Joey needs to back training so we can reverse our bad luck against Ronaldo utd........

In reality no sentence will be served in full except in exceptional circumstances... IE Murder etc....

  8. It surprises me that they want to come out, because according to one person who had been in he said it was like being in an Hotel. Three cooked meals per day, doors left open to their cells, so they could come and go as they please, rooms where they could go and read, from all the books they had stored there. Plus the fact he was taught to read while he was there, something that he could not do, before he went in. Then if he wanted there was Gym Rooms, all well equipped with all the latest gear.... Is this Prison... or what... ?

  9. Yes,  People seem to have no problem when it comes to doing the crime.  So let them do the time as well.

  10. Absolutely.  And life should mean life.  And no way should they be allowed mobile phones to be running their criminal empires, from inside the prison cells.  Daily searches would eliminate that particular problem, or some kind of airwave muffle to prevent messages and calls coming in or out.

  11. Yes! And when they talk about overcroading, they should take their plasma tvs and PS3s, there will probably be more room then!

Prison is to easy! A friend of mine has a brother who was sent down for a violence related crime and he said "it was like being on holiday.  You get your own bank account where you family can diposite money for you, then look through an argos catalogue for anything you want to buy."

Shocking.  We English need to wake up and smell the coffee! We spend more on our Prisons then our Schools!

  12. Hi.  Yes, absolutely ................ i don't see the point in giving someone a sentance then letting them out half way through.  Its apalling.

  13. Yup
