Do you think Steve Wallace is a punk?

He wrecked his uncle Mike Wallace on the last lap of the Nationwide race at Daytona and couldn't even stay long enough to face the media. I think he is a jerk.

Well.....NASCAR does need a wall checker each week and someone to check on the safety of the cars....Steve helps them out in that way by crashing just about every race

You make it sound like he was driving around and said to himself, "oh look, there's Uncle Mike, I think I'm gonna wreck him"

As far as why he didn't stay and face the media, I can only speculate. But I know for a fact the more nervous or excited a person with Tourette's gets the more prominant their tics become.

Did you ever think he was pretty shaken up by it, and he needed to calm down?

Maybe punk is too strong a word, but he needs to just learn to drive a racecar...and be benched for a few races by his father while David Stremme teaches him how to drive a racecar. He wrecks way too often.

I think he just needs to grow up a little, he may be trying too hard to fill some big shoes too fast. Trying to start a career the son of legend is not easy.  Even Jr tore up a bunch up cars in his early days.

Warren Wallace, paid Him to do that. He couldn't get Kenny so, He settled for the most obvious option. when it comes to Kenny Wallace, the story with Me is, put Him in the wall.

No I dont. I like Steve alot, he reminds me of his dad when he was young. We all make mistakes and Im sure he feels bad about it. Thats my take on it and your entitled to your opinion.
