Do you think Subway is really a healthier alternative to other fast food?

  1. In general, yes, it is much healthier as opposed to other fast foods. You're right, it does depend on what You order from the menu. Subway is also expensive. Why not just eat home cooked meals.. A better alternative, much much healthier.


  2. Sure, only because most of it isn't fried, but the mayo and cheese aren't any better off than the ones in burgers. It's only "healthier" because it's a sandwich, not a hamburger with grilled meat.

    No fast food is the healthier alternative to fast food.

  3. In comparison to other fast food restaurants, yes, in comparison to something like lean fish cooked at home, not at all.  

    Subway sandwiches are highly-processed, so they are laden with many chemicals that are unnecessary to the body.  Any non-processed food cooked at home is without a doubt much healthier than Subway.  

    Subway isn't healthy, it's just better than eating at other fast food restaurants.
