Do you think Ted Kennedy thinks about Mary Jo Kopechne daily?

Or, is he heartless and only thinks about the money he paid to her parents to keep them hushed. I don't care if this event took place 40 years ago....liberal or conservative, a man with the character of Ted Kennedy has no place in public service. What do you think?

no, i don't think he thought about mjk at all.  now that he has passed he will spend eternity in h**l as he should.  funny all you dems choose to bash bush, and at the same time say poor ted....who left a girl to die, went back to his hotel to sleep it off and only went to the police after someone had found the car.  if it were i, jail time!  instead we elected and re-elected this morally challenged man. as for iraq, you give bush to much credit, he couldn't have gone to war without the house approval. i suppose you think that bush planned the attack on the world trade center too....you listen to cnn and all the other bull the lib media spews.

it's his actions that matter, not his thoughts. if he were to have accepted criminal responsibilty for her death rather than have pursued every avenue of power and deceit to avoid responsibilty for it, or were to have at least lastingly changed his drunken, debauched ways, I might be able to accept that Ted was truly remorseful, but he didn't. Talk is cheap and that's all Ted has ever given to his fellow man, so sorry, no pass.
