not the NFL, but yeah the CFL for sure....but he has a lot to prove even then.

He's shown us a little so far but really we need to see that kind of thing year after year to call him a top back.  Anyone can be a flash in the pan but to be a true top back means consistancy and an ability to avoid injury.
