Do you think US Dollor is going to re-gain it's position or Euro is going to take over US Dollors in the coming years..

I feel that that the demand for US $ is going to decrease over the coming years and am sure that Euro will take over US$$ !!

  1. The EURO will be strong as long as the countries that are in it all co-operate and keep up with the world.

It will be interesting to see if Asia has a similar alliance in the future.

  2. It is critical that you do not look at this from an economic standpoint, but rather, from a political one.

we need to see what steps the people on top are going to take to fix this financially engineered mess.

and no, im not talking about worthless stimulus packages.

  3. It's sad, but I think you may be right.... Let's hope not though. :(

  4. The US will probably re-strengthen soon enough, I imagine though that the Euro and US dollar will probably be fairly close in value for quite some time however.

  5. I dont think the US$ will recover simple the US is cmfortable with $ rate and this help the on Trade balance whis is somewhat contracting but on the other hand strong Euro hurts the european markets so for now thing looks gloomy but will see

  6. The euro will never take over the US dollar, because most of the South American countries are based off of the US dollar...

although the dollar is currently weak, the world economy is in a general trough, and the dollar will eventually go back up as well as the market.

  7. Currently, the US keeps the dollar weaker than the Euro, because it makes it cheaper for foreign companies to buy US made products. If the dollar were to go strong, then our exports would cost more than the local products, and therefore would decrease our sales.

They company I work for exports products all over the world, and the weak dollar keeps us profitable.
