  1. No, the USA is in too much foreign debt with a low dollar manufacturing and transport costs are too high to be competitive for consumers. As well many people have embargoed buying US made products, produce, exports and franchise. As a protest to not finance George Bush's war of terror. Which has caused a lot of job losses in companies and higher prices for all consumers in the United States.

With all young Americans opting to join the armed services rather than taking apprenticeships in skilled employment for the last eight years has caused a great massive shortage of skilled workers in all industries in the USA. So companies are going to countries where the skilled workers a higher dollar and low cost manufacturing and export transport costs are to remain competitive and make profits for there stock holders.

The companies and businesses who have already left the USA wont be coming back to the USA and more US companies are choosing the same path and closing to move overseas. When all the baby boomers retire the US wont have the numbers of apprenticed trained or skilled workers and will have to rely on hiring skilled overseas workers to fill positions.

Like builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, repair service people, technicians, chefs, teachers, nurses, child or age care workers, hair dressers, etc all job's that require a full four year apprenticeship. After two year military service young Americans are too old to be apprenticed or would accept to live on low apprentice wages or would live at home with their parents until they are 24/26 years old to complete their four year apprenticeship, when a minim wage job pays more.

  2. What is going to happen in the next 5 years is the baby boomers will start to retire. Many companies that had good positions did not actively recruit young people. So there is going to be a shortage of qualified employees. There will also not enough time to mentor them. Most of the companies are now starting to look for employees to train for these positions.

  3. Nope, they won't. There's a lower standard of living in those countries, where an average American man can live like a king.
